R&D and Technology
Through the application of 3D printers and CNC laser machines, together with the use of AutoCAD and Adobe, we can produce your design efficiently and economically. With over 30 years in the industry, we accumulated a wide range of product designs and structures. Our product engineer can visualise your ideas on a wide range of materials.
- Ultrasound
- Film Blowing and Extrusion
- Adhesive application
- Printing, Hot Stamp and foiling
- High Frequency welding
Ultrasound
Using ultrasound, we weld and seal polypropylene (PP) to make ordinary plastic films into day-to-day stationery items like collectable binders, photo albums and sheet protectors. The combination of longitudinal waves and our bag making technology allow us to manufacture and export precisely welded PP pages globally. We proudly supply these items to protect what is important to you and your clients.
Film Blowing and Extrusion
We understand a good product requires quality materials and therefore we produce our own film and carefully source our plastic resin globally. Together with our imported machinery and a very effective cooling system, our films are tougher and clearer in comparison to our competitors. Our recent changes in our formula and the upgrade of our equipments allow us to produce top quality products at competitive prices.
Adhesive Application
With the introduction of computer numerical control (CNC), we converted a traditionally labour-intensive production to a machine-based production. By reducing labour in our production, we reduce quality discrepancies on the use of adhesive. We do it right the first time, minimising defects and bringing more consistency to our product. We focus on the edge folding and bonding of PU, paper, MDF, and cloth to produce frames, patented photo books and binders.
Printing, Hot Stamp and Foiling
A successful product has always been the one with printing on and therefore, silk-screening, hot stamp and hot foiling has always been a supportive section of our operation. With the global trend of smaller quantity and more personalization, we introduced UV flatbed printing Our Japanese machine now offers our client to a lower MOQ and more imagination. Small batch of items can now be launch to test the consumers’ reaction, reducing the opportunity cost. The UV curing ink means multiple layers can be applied and the consumers will not only see the print, but also touch it.
High Frequency Welding
TPU, PVC and EVA are some of the most popular materials used in the market. While the properties of them are very different, high frequency welding is used for all three materials in production. The combine use of spinning table, bag cutter and a self-developed dual applicator contributes to the efficiency and stability. Together with different moulds and this technology allow our clients to design their size and shape, adding handles, zippers and charms.
